I needed advice on several large trees in my backyard including two super huge italian cypress trees which I was concerned about the height of and were full of dead branches. When we met up for the quote the representative was super informative about what the options were, we ended up requesting them to top the trees (cutting off the top 30%, which seems to be quite a difficult job involving climbing the trees) and trim the sides. Also had some other trees in the backyard to be trimmed as well. The quote was very reasonable for the work involved and the work quality was really good and quick. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed working with this company. They pruned my overgrown persimmon tree in just under 45 mins. Jose, the lead, was friendly and knowledgeable. He and his team took into consideration what I asked for. Making sure all the cut branches fell to my side of the yard, and avoiding the utility lines which the branches have intwined themselves in. Overall, happy with the result and would recommend them to others

Had 3 large trees along the street and a tall liquidator removed. Walter was very prompt with a quote, following up with our questions, request and supervising the work. Majestic was easy to work with and their work was very good. They had 5 people trimming and tree removal and one person that ground the stump.

I had Majestic trim and clean up and trim a number of trees in a large hillside in backyard of my home in Los Gatos; the trees had grown in an undeveloped area and were untouched since I'd moved into the house seven years ago. Most of these trees were decades-old, including a big oak tree, and had tons of dead branches and overgrown areas that were causing several trees to start leaning dangerously. It was a two day job and Majestic did great work. The professionalism was top-notch; for example, they preemptively chose not to park their big truck with the wood chipper in my driveway for fear it might damage the driveway pavers due to the weight of the truck. I think the pavers could probably have taken the weight but they erred on the safer side, which I appreciated. This also required them to drag all of the branches down the driveway to the street (about 100 feet). And after the first day, there were a ton of small branches and pieces of trees all over the place, but they cleared all of it so the entire work area and driveway were basically spotless. A lot of services would not have bothered to do that since they were coming back to continue the work the next day; the fact that Majestic took that extra step is a very good indication of the quality of this business.

Very good work - very efficient

After getting four different estimates for a major job involving seven trees, I decided to go with Majestic Tree Service and I am so glad I did. They weren't the highest or lowest bid, but their professionalism and the final result were top tier. Interestingly, I didn't remember that I had actually hired this same company back in 2021! The fact that I independently and unknowingly chose them again several years later without immediately realizing it speaks volumes about the consistently high quality of their service. Communication with Ollie was excellent throughout. They showed up exactly on time for the appointment and managed to finish the entire job ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. The work itself can only be described as an art form. The team did an amazing job working on the trees. They weren't just hacking away but carefully trimmed and somehow managed to get the branches to fall without damaging other plants or fences. Superb service and terrific workmanship! We had a big old maple tree that became diseased and started dropping branches on the neighbors house. We contacted Majestic one morning the week before Thanksgiving and Walter came out that very afternoon. We asked for a quote for the removal of the maple as well as the pruning of several other trees we have that needed work. Walter gave a quote (in writing) on the spot that seemed very reasonable and also said he could schedule the work during Thanksgiving week! This was very important to us as the maple was becoming a safety hazard. So we didn't even bother getting another quote. Walter showed up with a large crew on the day and the time promised and they quickly got to work. They safely and efficiently removed the maple and did an outstanding job pruing the rest of the trees. Clean-up was thorough at the end of the day and they returned the next day to grind out the huge stump. Quite a process handled with the utmost professionalism! We will definitely have Majestic back again for all our tree needs.

Another great job by Majestic Tree Service. We've used them for many years to trim our unruly palms and citrus. The Palms, in particular, have become very tall and produce enormous clusters of dates that are 4-5' long and are quite heavy. Before we contracted with Majestic, occasionally one of these would fall, damaging our roof. Also, the falling fruit was food for myriad rats and mice who decided living on our property was great. Having Majestic clean these up has made a great difference in getting rid of the rats. Plus the trees look tons better. I also like the care they use in trimming the trees to make sure they look great. I've seen some other folks trim trees who made the trees look worse than before they started. Today, they sent a team of 5 who worked for a bit over two hours to get our trees done. Doing this work isn't cheap, but they've been reasonable - and they're a real company, not a guy in a truck. So if you need your trees trimmed, give them a call!

We gave our oaks their first haircut and also got various CA natives trees trimmed and opened. A dead tree was also removed. The team arrived on time and were very competent and professional in their engagement with me. They made sure they walked through all my needs and cleaned up well after themselves.
