I'd contacted Majestic Tree Service a few weeks ago to help trim a hackberry tree in my townhome rear patio - they were prompt for the estimate and understood the need (pull the tree branches away from the roofline / neighbor's unit; thin the interior branches without sacrificing too much shade). At the time of the job the workers showed up promptly and completed the work quickly and neatly. I'm pretty happy with the result and price and would request their services again!

Straightforward, get a quote, they will show up and do the job and clean up after. Payments and quotes are digital which is great. Only other feedback I have is I had to call and confirm the appointment (first time it also had to get moved) and when the workers would show, would like better communication.

Just had our city tree and two trees in the back trimmed by Majestic Tree Service. This is the second time we have used them and will continue to use them in the near future. Joseph came out the same day we called for an estimate and the trees were trimmed two days later. The crew was great and did a great job trimming the trees and cleaning up afterwards. Needed to call someone to discuss my options for my backyard elm tree. The branches were overhanging powerlines and comcast cable line and the roots are encroaching on my home foundation. Initially just called PGE for powerline clearance which they did trim, but only for the very top powerline. I still needed to find a solution for other overhanging branches. I called Majestic just because it was the most and highly reviewed company in San Jose. Fabian contacted me and set up an onsite evaluation right away. He provided both options for trimming and removal with great estimates. I decided to go with them right away without calling someone else. The crew came 2 days later and did an excellent job that lasted about 2+ hours. They cleaned up all the debris perfectly afterwards. I will definitely use them again if the need ever arises again.

5 or 6 guys showed up And we’re very quick and efficient in trimming our very tall and overgrown trees. I appreciated that they didn’t lop off the tops and thinned out the trees to look natural.
