I wanted to provide an update on my earlier review. After the initial service, I needed additional branches trimmed and one branch removed that had grafted onto the wire. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working with Joseph, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care throughout the process. Joseph has the right attitude to treat customers well and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. I highly recommend asking for Joseph for your future needs. He won't disappoint you!

Majestic tree was absolutely amazing- very patient with all questions, prompt, responsive and so kind. They came out quickly for a quote and were able to get us on schedule to remove a large sycamore (city mandated) within a week of our permit coming through.

We recently had a large Jacaranda tree removed from our front lawn, and could not be happier with Joseph and the team from Majestic. Joseph came over right away when we called him and gave us a verbal quote. We scheduled the tree removal at that time, for only a week away.On the day of removal, Majestic's guys arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work in the rain cutting down the tree. It was done safely with ropes and harnesses, and quickly, with the tree down and disposed of in the stump grinder they had on site by mid-day.Overall, we would highly recommend Majestic for their responsiveness, quality of work, safety, and efficiency.

Majestic did a great job from the time Joe came to give us an estimate for the work needed. He explained just how the work would be done and his estimate was the best. Joe arrived on the scheduled day with a crew that did a fantastic job. The tree climbers were amazing how they determined how to tie off branches before sawing through them to lower them carefully to the ground crew. You could tell safety was always a concern for themselves with the gear they used and for the crew on the ground as they always made sure they were alerted before sawing each branch. The crew on the ground efficiently carried the branches as they came down to the wood chipper at the front of the house. What impressed us even more was how the crew really seemed to enjoy the job they were doing. Everything was cleaned up at the end. We definitely will be using Majestic for our future needs.

Joseph is very professional, reasonable, and punctual. His crew is very nice, efficient, and careful with their work. I wouldn't hesitate to call Majestic again for tree service.

I really like the people. They were very professional. They could’ve cleaned up a little bit better. A little pricey. They forgot to trim a yucca that they said they would trim for me.

Fabian and crew were very responsive and did a good job of trimming our sycamore tree. Quick turnaround and reasonably priced as well.

Majestic Tree Service is excellent. They were here in one day to remove a fallen tree in our backyard. Job was done quickly, crew was excellent and I would use them again. Clean up was also excellent.
